Job Description

We are looking for an experienced finance manager who has some experience as an insurance broker. Responsibilities: ● Collect, interpret, and review financial information to assess the current or future financial status of the company. ● Monitor financial transactions, and insurance contracts. ● Ensure that all financial processes are aligned with current financial legislation, laws, regulations, and company policies. ● Predict future financial trends. ● Develop strategies that work to minimize financial risk. ● Manage relationships with insurance providers and ensure compliance. ● Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance. ● Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget. ● Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department. ● Assist in establishing short and long-range departmental goals objectives, policies, and operating procedures. ● Design establish and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the department’s goals and objectives.

Requirements

● More than seven to ten years of managerial accounting and financial management experience as an insurance broker. ● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance. ● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
