Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing financial resources and growth.
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Provide accurate financial reports and analyses to the CEO and board of directors.
• Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and financial assets effectively.
• Monitor foreign and domestic transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Plan and execute financial projects to support growth operations.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assess and manage financial risks, particularly related to currency fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain transparency.
• Manage relationships with banks, credit institutions, and financial partners.
• Engage with domestic and international financial institutions for collaboration.
• Supervise the accounting and treasury team, ensuring optimal performance.
• Train and develop the skills of the finance department staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management within the fintech or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in risk management, particularly in currency and market fluctuations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
