Directing all financial affairs including accounting and reporting, cash management and forecasting, budgeting, tax planning, project financing, and conducting feasibility studies for new projects.
Conducting surveys and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Communicating with auditors to ensure the implementation of annual monitoring.
Developing external relations with appropriate contacts, e.g. Auditors, lawyers.
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
Developing the knowledge and skills of financial team members through training and coaching.
Timely submission of legal reports (tax declaration, value-added tax, quarterly report) to the tax department.
Requirements
Ability to manage and lead and know the principles of supervision.
Strong financial and tax reporting experience.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Able to work under pressure and manage challenges according to the conditions of the financial unit.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages.
