About the Role
• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and performance of our organization. The ideal candidate will lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
• This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical capabilities, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence through sound financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans; provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Cash Flow Management: Ensure efficient liquidity management and monitor cash movements, including financing and investment activities.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate financial reports in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Risk Management & Strategy: Identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, and collaborate with management to support the company’s long-term goals.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Age: Minimum 40 years old.
• Language: Proficiency in both *English* and Farsi.
