Job Description
Pars Mabani, a leading provider of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, is seeking a highly motivated financial specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and generate forecasts to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare all financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows, as well as the year-end financial reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of financial reports for clients and related governmental organizations.
- Work closely with the sales, procurement, and Operation teams to ensure business goals with financial targets are achieved.
- Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and social security requirements for contractors within the IFM industry.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate risks.
