Job Description

Pars Mabani, a leading provider of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, is seeking a highly motivated financial specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and generate forecasts to support informed decision-making.
  • Prepare all financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows, as well as the year-end financial reports.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of financial reports for clients and related governmental organizations.
  • Work closely with the sales, procurement, and Operation teams to ensure business goals with financial targets are achieved.
  • Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and social security requirements for contractors within the IFM industry.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a finance role within a similar industry, preferably IFM.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Raivarz).
  • In-depth knowledge of social security regulations for contractors and clearance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
