Pars Mabani, a leading provider of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, is seeking a highly motivated financial specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and generate forecasts to support informed decision-making.
Prepare all financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flows, as well as the year-end financial reports.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal controls.
Assist with the preparation and submission of financial reports for clients and related governmental organizations.
Work closely with the sales, procurement, and Operation teams to ensure business goals with financial targets are achieved.
Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and social security requirements for contractors within the IFM industry.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate risks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a finance role within a similar industry, preferably IFM.
Proficient in accounting software (Raivarz).
In-depth knowledge of social security regulations for contractors and clearance procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
