The position: As a Field Market Access Specialist, you will: ● Prepare the national and regional marketing access plans to work together with District Sales Managers (DSM), and Regional Medical Advisors (RMA) in order to ensure that the national and regional market access plans are an effective part of the Field Force Business Plan (FFBP). ● Develop activities, in order to guarantee, in each region, access to the market of Novo Nordisk’s pharmaceutical products, whether already on the market or newly introduced. ● Present a detailed document like situational background, quantitative analyses, cost-effectiveness articles, and proposals for insurance companies and all related health authorities. ● Represent the company in the regions in tune with the company’s strategic policies and guidelines and work in synergy with the Field Force and the other company departments. ● Monitor and communicate to the FMA manager the key national and regional facts, expressing evaluations on any possible risks and opportunities (Market Intelligence). ● Define their monthly program of activities, based on the priorities and the necessities of the territory and the company. ● Produce monthly reports to send to your FMA manager on the activities carried out, on analyses of dynamics and trends in the national and regional scenarios, on the behavior and initiatives of competitors, and on anything that may be useful in helping to understand local phenomena centrally. ● Value communication with relevant stakeholders, reimbursement negotiation, and implementation of new molecules.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor’s degree in the related fields. ● At least 3 years of experience in public affairs, public relationships, or market access. ● Successful pharmaceutical background, including Regional Business management and key account management. ● Great communicational skills with public-centric approaches. ● Good level of English skills, both written and oral.
