Job Description

- Planning and scheduling for all factory and production affairs in order to prevent waste of resources. - Supervise the proper performance of work and follow up the causes of delays in activities and eliminate existing bottlenecks. - Set specific targets and timelines to achieve production goals, tracking results, providing feedback, and taking corrective actions as appropriate. - Manage all people and processes impacting environmental operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Budgeting cost controlling and planning all current and development projects. - Providing and employing experienced and committed forces according to the assigned competencies - Forecasting, supplying, using production facilities, resources and infrastructure (equipment, tools, personnel, raw materials) in each of the production, to realize the production plans announced by the planning unit, production control (seasonal , Monthly, weekly, daily) before and during product production. - Providing daily reports to the CEO and continuous attendance in daily meetings with other officials. - Scheduling and measuring the capacity of different products according to production - Developing the goals and quality plan of the technical and engineering unit and proposing it to the CEO. - Collaborate in identifying the risks and opportunities of the organization's processes and trying to control them. - Collaborate in preparing instructions and related implementation methods. - Cooperation in determining technical and engineering related processes. - Supervising the control of technical documents and legal requirements related to the product and service. - Paying attention to product safety and service issues in the design and development process.

Requirements

- At least 4 years of experience in industries as factory manager or equal to it. - Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams. - Understand the quality policy and align the unit activities in relation to them - Leadership and strong conflict resolution skills. - Flexible and able to work in fast paced and varying environments. - Leading by example, demonstrating ethics and integrity and displaying drive and purpose. - Ability to handle different levels of stress
