Job Description
The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing all factory operations in order to meet business objectives and to run the factory at the best way possible.
List of responsibilities:
- Provide site leadership for continuous improvement processes within the Operations department.
- Maintains and assures all OSHA and maintenance safety procedures are followed.
- Set business goals, performance standards and expectations through objectives and result tracking.
- Set specific targets and timelines to achieve production goals, tracking results, providing feedback, and taking corrective actions as appropriate.
- Ensure the facility meets or exceeds quality target.
- Manage all people and processes impacting environmental operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
