Job Description

Objective of the role: The Refinery Manager is responsible for overseeing all factory operations in order to meet business objectives The Refinery Manager is responsible for safety leadership and environmental, hiring of department managers and hourly employees. The Role oversees production planning, staffing and R&M direction List of responsibilities: - Maintains and assures all OSHA and maintenance safety procedures are followed. - Manage all people and processes impacting environmental operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Set business goals, performance standards and expectations through objectives and result tracking. - Set specific targets and timelines to achieve production goals, tracking results, providing feedback, and taking corrective actions as appropriate. - Ensure the facility meets or exceeds quality target. - Provide site leadership for continuous improvement processes within the Operations department.. Reporting to: managing director and the board . Subordinates: Different production teams, R&D, Quality Control. Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday - 8:30am-5pm. Travel requirements: as needed. Gross Monthly Base Salary: negotiable . Commission / Bonus / Benefits: negotiable .
