Serve as a link between operations management and factory employees by handling questions, administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems in the factory.
Ensure the timesheet validation processes and accuracy promptly with the payroll officer and the outsource manpower agencies.
Design and implement the annual training plan and onboarding of new employees, including operators.
Identify and recommend training needs of employees in Operations and follow up on the implementation.
Manage performance evaluation program identify employees with high potential, and propose a further development plan.
Identify staff vacancies and follow up with the recruitment officer on interviewing and placement of the selected applicants.
Prepare staff planning and headcount budget analysis (especially in the production department).
Prepare managerial reports, identify productivity gaps, and propose development plans.
Participate in the factory’s management meetings and Puratos HR operations meetings.
Follow Puratos HR policies and projects in operations.
Actively look for solutions to improve efficiency in production lines, and support the development of long-term projects in operations.
Plan and implement the company’s welfare program in the factory.
Support complementary and liability insurance plans.
Requirements
Master’s degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 8 years of experience in management/supervisory roles in production sites, preferably in the food industry.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to think analytically.
Advanced presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
