Job Description

definition: Facility Operation and Maintenance manager activities are related to the operation of all services provided for employees in workspace and maintenance of Karaj office building. O&M manager is expected to define procedures for all these activities and In particular, define the process for effective communication to employees and finding their preferences and plans to meet their needs. responsibilities: - Defining local procedures, operating rules based on regulations and policies of Agah headquarter and recommends improvements to current policies for providing Stability in service delivery - Managing projects for providing a suitable work environment for the employees in compliance with standards of Agah workplaces - Overseeing the agreement and fulfillment of contracts with providers for services including mechanical and electrical systems maintenance, security, parking, cleaning, catering and technology - Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security - Receiving, acting on and monitoring the progress and completion of facilities-related requests via the company’s helpdesk system - Overseeing building space allocation and layout and managing changes - Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness and Updating performance and finance reports monthly

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor - Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 5 years. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership skills, Public relation, Negotiate and bargain, Problem solving and decision making, Multitasking. requirement: - Highly motivated and a proactive working nature with the ability to work on your initiative and being stable and keeping the high quality of performances during the time - Ability to multi-task and effectively priorities workload to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure - Exceptional problem solving and agile decision-making skills - Accurate and precise attention to detail - Ability to develop working relationships with a wide range of people - Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead - Ability to negotiate and bargain - The familiarity of architecture, furniture and building systems - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software - Familiarity with written and spoken English - The right level of literacy and numeracy
