Scope of Responsibilities
• Maintain principal and customer database to improve tracking, reporting and customer service
• Responsible for projects follow up and updating project list
• Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information
• Follow up on different queries with principals, customers and Sales Managers
Scope of Tasks
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Prepare and manage correspondence, travel schedule and calendar of the Country Manager
• Organize meetings and travel arrangements – booking tickets and organizing visa appointments
• Prepare meeting and weekly reports on behalf of the Country Manager
• Sort and distribute incoming post and organize and send outgoing post
