Job Description

- Manage the agenda of the manager in order to optimize the time management - May by delegation access mailboxes from his/her manager to take appropriate actions in the time management or to deal with requests in his/her scope of responsibility - Ensure a smooth communication with other management team members, direct reports and external stakeholders such as customers, partners - Ensure adequate management of strategic and confidential information she/he will have access to - Follow-up the operations budget of the departments his/her manager is heading - May validate some purchase requests and organize/optimize travels - Coordinate expenses claims workflow for the team and make sure they are duly managed - Organize team meetings, workshops, events - Work closely with the Country President to provide administrative support and efficiency - Organize and maintain agenda up-to-date, arrange travel and accommodations

Requirements

- Well-organized personality - Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients - Solid experience in working in a multinational environment - Customer service minded, - Strong communications skills - English fluent - French language knowledge is a high advantage
