Job Description

- Responsible for multi-discipline engineering work on engineering projects - Oversee engineering discipline leads - Act as primary interface between Engineering Team and Outsource Team - Implement engineering procedures and work instructions - Manage, monitor and report project team activities to CEO - Ensure delivery of project work scope in accordance with the project execution plan -Manage changes in project work scope - Ensure standards of quality, safety, applicable codes and standards and practices are maintained - Interface with client on technical issues and assist in managing positive client relationship - Coordinate work with other projects, as applicable - Go on business trips

Requirements

- BEng or MEng in mechanical, electrical, process, industrial, architectural, or civil engineering - At least 15 years of experience (5 years at consulting engineers companies and 5 years as a manager) - Management experience at consulting engineers companies, industrial, gas, or petrochemical projects is a plus. - Excellent knowledge of design and engineering codes and standards - General knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) - Skillful at engineering software, especially Revit, Navisworks, etc. - General knowledge of management, and organizational systems and processes - Excellent knowledge of processes and components of the engineering department - Excellent teamwork, time management, problem-solving ability - Good command of English - Ideal age range: 40-50
