Job Description
The employee engagement expert plays a vital role in engaging the people who work for Kheili Sabz as we explore how we work together in new ways by designing and implementing dynamic internal campaigns that embed and develop our culture.
•Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop HR Communications programs, shape and drive the communication framework and strategy.
- Develop and manage internal channels to support HR communication strategy and voice of HR through the HR Communication Framework.
- Plan, coordinate and execute highly visible employee events, campaigns and social gatherings.
- Provide annual plan of internal communication in all aspects.
- Plan and develop Employees participation, motivation, and engagement programs and evaluates the results.
- Arrange for employee library, lunchroom, recreational facilities, internal events, cycle meetings, team buildings and activities.
- Communicate any change or announcement by preparing emails, newsletters, magazines and other reports to communicate information about employee concerns, news and comments and organizational actions taken.
- Monitor financial budget for communication and engagement activities.
