Monitoring customers’ needs, market situation, and competitors’ activities.
Regular evaluation of the infrastructure and plans for updates to meet business and customers’ needs.
Monitoring the logistics and A-Z process of order placement to order delivery, and taking necessary actions based on upcoming changes.
Planning for innovation activities like digital marketing, SMS marketing, etc., to trigger sales of targeted products.
Regular market visits to monitor the trend of customers using our e-commerce platform.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
