Job Description
Esam is looking for a precise, exact and wholesome attitude towards general e-commerce data management in order to provide solutions to further develop sales strategies, in commercial, marketing and user experience aspects.

Main responsibilities:
- Customer segmentation, ECRM execution and CRO improvement,
- Sale funnel management and marketing channel optimization,
- Understanding and using facilitating means to improve UI and UX,
- Understanding and providing solutions for supply and price management,
- Market research and competitiveness analysis to provide optimal solutions for buyers and sellers,
- Managing level 1 P&L (PC1) to provide a positive balance as sales expand,
Main Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in data analysis, commercial or marketing departments of e-commerce companies,
- Understanding B2C and/or C2C sales; buyer and seller behavior
- Experienced and dominant over concepts of e-commerce and correlation between different metrics that lead to sales,
- Experienced in working with data analytic tools such as Power BI,
- Understanding customer journey, optimizing UI and UX metrics to further improve Conversion Rate,
- Understanding and using AI models, especially LLM in order to optimize the workflow is a plus
