Job Description
We are looking for a driven and passionate line manager to join our team at Axon Co.; This line manager will be focused on growing our business line, in which we aim to deliver meticulous service to our corporate clients. This position requires a tunnel vision on strategic growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term and quarterly business plans, communicate them to the team, and ensure their fulfillment.
- Establish cost parameters and manage overall P&L for his/her business line
- Create strategic growth plans and test multiple scenarios/growth paths to ensure sustainable growth in the business line.
- Design and execute daily operational programs that achieve organizational objectives and monthly sales targets.
- Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources as a successful team-up.
- Define operational targets and KPIs for the team, in line with overall strategies and BP commitments.
- Negotiate final deals with strategic clients and maintain effective communications with them.
- Align with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide comprehensive and insightful reports to management/stakeholders.
- Maintain a plan for forecasting, expanding, targeting, and attaining sales.
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Periodic assessment of customer satisfaction (both patient and physician), NPS, etc.
- Develop service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
- Apply best practices to areas of improvement.
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities and deploy strategies focused on that mission.
- Periodic report to the product team in order to make sure that the product aligns with customers' requirements.
- Responsible for accurate data in the HCP catalog.
- Plan and manage the operation of Axon Club.
