● BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, MBA or related fields.
● More than 3 years of experience in related fields.
● Proven working experience in digital marketing.
● Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
● Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
● Solid knowledge of mobile app and website analytics tools.
● Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
● Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement.
● Ability to set up and manage a team.
● Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems.
● Knowledge of online marketing methods.
● Ability to work with various content formats such as blogs, movies, audio podcasts, etc. ● Google tools such as Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, Keyword planner, Google Ads, and more.
● Familiar with other measuring tools and metrics.
● Creative thinker, problem solver, independent personality with self-disciplined personality.
● Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
