-Department Supervisors train, coach and develop associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service and can easily find the merchandise they need
-Provide valuable input into merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team

Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor Degree in related fields. (Architecture & Interior design )
-Over 5 years of experience in retail sales (Home & Decoration) and +3 years of that in management level.
-Strong communications and problem solving skills
-Good knowledge of products
-Team leading spirit, cooperative attitude, strong sense of responsibility
-Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40
