Job Description

Position Overview:

The customer support representative is a key part of our organization, significantly contributing to the satisfaction of our customers. The primary objective of this role is to provide support and assistance to customers who have inquiries, concerns, or issues with the company’s products or services. This typically involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Incoming Calls and Inquiries: Handle a large volume of incoming phone calls and customer service inquiries. Often a client’s primary point of contact with the company.
  • Answering Questions: Answer both general and specific customer questions about the company’s products/services.
  • Resolving Issues and Troubleshooting: Resolve product/service issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide ongoing technical assistance to customers. This requires deep product/service knowledge, as well as certain hard skills.
  • Delivering Information: Provide information about the company’s special offerings and upsell related products/services, if appropriate, when engaging with customers.
  • Generating Sales Leads: Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and generate sales leads.
  • Building Relationships: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Reporting: Report new claims, handle, and gather confidential information, and perform data entry to company software systems.
  • Working hours: 9-hour rotating shifts (6 days a week).

  • Aron Groups does not have any representation or office in IRAN. The company is incorporated under Marshall Island law, and our offices are in England and Cyprus.

Requirements

  • Candidates with prior experience in a customer service role. This includes experience in answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.
  • Soft Skills: The ideal candidate should demonstrate effective communication, active listening, empathy, problem-solving, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, and time management.
  • Familiarity with various software applications and the ability to navigate different computer systems is critical. They’re required to quickly access and input customer information, search for solutions to problems, and respond to inquiries via email or chat.
  • Must be fluent in English at least 70 percent

Good to Have:

  • Familiar with global financial markets.
  • Proficient in Arabic, Turkish, or Kurdish (70%).
  • Familiar with sales skills.
