Customer Service Specialist - Melbourne Australia (Remote)
Main Objective:
This position is English speaking customer service specialist for an electric bike company in Melbourne Australia. The job will be done remotely from Iran.
Main responsibilities:
● Answering customer queries (via email, live chat, phone calls, etc.).
● Contacting freight companies and following up on shipments that are delayed.
● Preparing English content for the website (troubleshooting articles, tutorials, product descriptions, etc.).
● Creating orders received from customers on our sales and warehousing systems.
