Job Description

● Identify customers’ needs. ● Segment specific development of customers in dedicated clusters. ● Observe market trends in one cluster (e.g. competitive landscapes and the customer landscape). ● Manage client relationships with the main focus on CS topics. ● Responsible for CS sales.

Requirements

● Good knowledge of the business and good strong technical knowledge as a basis to develop these skills. ● Ability and interest to understand and further study technical contexts. ● Ability to work with state-of-the art MSOffice tools and CRM apps. ● Hands-on just-do-it-mind attitude. ● Uplifting, positive and open attitude. ● Open communication and sharing of information, install transparency, fact-based ● Result-oriented. ● Reliable (“keep the promise”). ● Can work in a matrix organization. ● Good communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company. ● Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. ● Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes. ● Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information. ● In line with budget for orders released, turnover, DB1 for the plant, equipment, and CS business. ● Personal targets to include the development of new client relationships.
