Job Description

Maya Chain of Restaurants with 4 active branches, two under construction and a plan to add 4 new branches with a year, is seeking to hire a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager is expected to: - Design the overall CRM Strategy of the chain - Design and implement a Customer Loyalty Program - Attend to all Customer Complaints (in Person, and online) - Train all POS staff

Requirements

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in Retail or F&B industry. - The candidate should have good PR and be able to communicate with customers (satisfied and unhappy). - The candidate should be able to design and implement systems (processes, required forms, etc.) - The candidate should have the ability to train POS staff and continuously monitor their performance and help them to improve.
