Your new role
As a Consumer Marketing Manager your key responsibilities will include:
• Develop and execute consumer marketing strategies that support obesity portfolio growth and drive a consumer-centric approach across the organization.
• Build deep consumer understanding through segmentation, journey mapping, behavioral insights, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end consumer experience, ensuring consistent, personalized, and engaging interactions across all touchpoints.
• Lead the development and implementation of integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns, translating insights into impactful consumer engagement initiatives.
• Establish strategic partnerships and drive innovation through digital solutions, emerging technologies, and new engagement models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing programs aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or other consumer-focused industries, including consumer marketing, brand management, and product launches.
• Strong expertise in consumer-centric marketing, customer journey design, behavioral insights, and integrated omnichannel campaign management.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix organizations, with excellent stakeholder, agency, project management, and communication skills.
• Strategic, analytical, and innovation-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes while ensuring compliance in regulated environments.
