Job Description

● Introduce new markets for the company and make profitable contracts with them. ● Connect, attract, and keep old clients. ● Gather data, giving proposals and suggestions to make sure their needs are met. ● Consulte clients to understand their objectives and background. ● Provide clarification to clients’ queries in a professional manner. ● Follow up with clients for any inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls, and emails. ● Advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved. ● Negotiation with current and potential customers to introduce the company's new services. ● Update the database of clients' information, telephone logs, and client feedback in order to generate client reports for management whenever required.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or MBA is a privilege. ● At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. ● Familiar with the field of immigration, visitor visa or student visa is a strong priority. ● Having a positive attitude, willingness to work in a dynamic environment. ● Fluency in English is a must (proficiency in other languages is a point). ● Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). ● Strong teamwork and flexibility. ● Good negotiation skills.
