We are looking for a construction estimator to work with us on construction projects.
Responsibilities:
● Identify labor, material, costs, and time requirements by researching proposals, blueprints, and any related documents.
● Collate detailed price lists of everything needed on each project.
● Oversee the different stages of the projects to ensure that expenses follow the forecast plan.
● Assess the financial, technical, and operational risks of the project.
● Keep up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements.
● Stay aware of the latest construction technologies.
● Record actual costs to verify the deviations.
