Here are the key accountabilities:
- Process payroll accurately and timely, including taxes, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including licenses & personal information.
- Manage employee transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.
- Generate reports on workforce analytics, compensation, and benefits.
- Participate in HR projects, such as compensation planning, benefits optimization, and workforce planning.

Requirements:
- Expertise in payroll processing, tax calculations, and benefits administration
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word)
- Experience in maintaining accurate employee records
