Job Description

DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. The compensation and benefits supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. The successful candidate for this position will have a thorough knowledge of current compensation and benefits issues, structure design, and the ability to think strategically and implement tactical plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Design the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc.) aligned with the corporate culture and corporate values.
  • Conduct salary surveys to determine competitive compensation plans and benefits programs.
  • Control incentive payments and non-cash benefits policies.
  • Calculate and control bonuses based on OKR/KPI/Incentive.
  • Plan and monitor the HR budget.
  • Conducting periodic audits and preparing reports.
  • Monitor all compensation and benefits-related payments and activities within the company’s policy.
  • Provide and manage ESOP policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of senior experience in compensation and benefits-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel.
