Job Description

● Job evaluation and job grading design, maintenance, and improvement. ● Stay up-to-date with labor legislation and any changes in employee insurance and tax regulations. ● Develop and maintain a total reward model including basic payment, variable short-term and long-term payment, and benefits. ● Plan, budget, and forecast total personnel overhead cost. ● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. ● Develop and modify company remuneration strategy and implementation model according to market remuneration conditions and industry benchmarking. ● Develop an annual salary budget recommendation. ● Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as loans, or the performance of the payroll module. ● Advise HR executives on organizational policy matters such as remuneration policies and recommend needed changes. ● Collaborate with finance in running the payroll that includes input, data process, and output. ● Plan and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies. ● Audit payroll transactions to ensure all amounts and payment dates are accurate. ● Apply one-time or permanent changes in payroll (e.g. salary increases, tax deduction, bonuses). ● Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to compensation, benefits, and incentives.

Requirements

● 4 years of managerial experience in multinational companies. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or an MBA graduate. ● Fluent in English, both verbal and written. ● Fluent in reward and recognition. ● Fluent in HR analytics, processes, and tools. ● Fluent in human acumen and ethics. ● Fluent in economics and social value creation.
