Drafting, and issuing contract/letter-related documentation for new contracts, extensions, or other communications, sourcing, and trade handling.
Preparing and coordinating all transactions, paperwork, internal processing, handling paperwork, and providing administrative support.
Closing contract considering all legal and financial standards of the company.
Preparing reports for management.Preparing and updating required reports per request.
Requirements
Proficiency in commerce (bids, contracts, receivables collection).
Proficiency in administrative correspondence and writing.
Proficient in import and export affairs and laws
Ability to analyze organizational conditions.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (having an MBA or a Master's degree in Financial Management or E-Commerce would be an advantage).
International business skills.
At least 5 years of experience in commerce.
Good command of English.
