Job Description

  • Drafting, and issuing contract/letter-related documentation for new contracts, extensions, or other communications, sourcing, and trade handling.
  • Preparing and coordinating all transactions, paperwork, internal processing, handling paperwork, and providing administrative support.
  • Closing contract considering all legal and financial standards of the company.
  • Preparing reports for management.Preparing and updating required reports per request.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in commerce (bids, contracts, receivables collection).
  • Proficiency in administrative correspondence and writing.
  • Proficient in import and export affairs and laws
  • Ability to analyze organizational conditions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (having an MBA or a Master's degree in Financial Management or E-Commerce would be an advantage).
  • International business skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commerce.
  • Good command of English.
  • Team player, responsible, committed, and honest.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong public and social relations skills.
  • Organized, committed, and responsible.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Teamwork spirit, perseverance, and good communication skills.
  • Expertise in MS Office.
