Market reviews and analysis and provide feasibility studies for each deal and prepare trade plan/trade forecast.
Assisting the commercial department in contract preparation, drafting, and issuing of contract/letter-related documentation for new contracts, extensions, or other communications, sourcing, and trade handling.
Preparing and coordinating all transactions, paperwork, internal processing, handling paperwork, and providing administrative support.
Assisting the commercial expert in producing tenders, quotations, and reports for submission.
Reviewing and negotiating client and supplier contracts through to closure.
Following the clients for receivables.
Closing contract considering all legal and financial standards of the company.
Preparing and updating required reports per request.
Location: Niavaran Street.
Requirements
Familiar with INCOTERMS, contracts, and invoices.
Good command of English (VERY IMPORTANT).
Good command of ICDL.
Ability to work under pressure and in 24/7 conditions.
