Job Description

A pharmaceutical holding company with 300 active manpower and more than 25 years of experience to complete and develop its professional staff invite experts with the following conditions to cooperate.

  • Sales planning, continuous customer visits, solving possible problems, coordination with factory and customer planning, and follow-up sales demands.
  • Plan and direct the hiring, training, and providing professional development for a sales team.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and customer reports.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.

Requirements

  • Ability to group leadership and resolve group-related problems.
  • Highly effective in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business sense and excellent mentoring and coaching.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the marketing and commercial sector of manufacturing companies.
  • Age range: 37 to 47 years old.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Rahkaran software (Hamkaran System).
