Job Description

● Plan, schedule or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines. ● Communicate with key stakeholders to determine business requirements and objectives. ● Monitor project milestones and deliverables. ● Produce and distribute project documents. ● Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met. ● Work closely with the commercial team to ensure all efforts are aligned with business objectives. ● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. ● Monitor all commercial processes as well as ordering, availability, pricing, and promotions. ● Ensure resource availability and allocation. ● Perform risk management to minimize project risks. ● Establish and maintain relationships with third parties or stakeholders.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of prior experience in business analytics, commercial, or any related field (background in e-commerce is a plus). ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● Familiar with/eager to learn to program (SQL is a plus). ● Strategic thinker and have strong analytical skills. ● Possess a collaborative mindset and work well as part of a team. ● Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. ● Up to date on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations. ● Ability to build strong relationships with partners as well as customers. ● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. ● Strong English writing and Reading skills.
