Job Description
• Identify and evaluate sellers, attract value-added sellers and select new products with value for money, quality and convenience for the end customer
• Demand forecasting, market analysis and end customer needs and growth of relevant categories. Understanding market trends and customer needs and providing a related set of Convenient products with quality and the best price
• Active cooperation with partners (sellers and brands) to identify market opportunities and use them.
Collaborate with other teams including vendors, customer and operations manager, marketing, legal, after-sales service, the entire gaj Market environment to innovate and share best practices.
• Analyze product selection implement go-to-market strategies based on proper pricing and distribution by engaging vendors to join the market place to maximize the superiority of product selection and the market base of police market customers over Competitors.
• Support, guide and control vendors to sell products and meet vendor needs
• Necessary coordination to provide after-sales service to the customer from the market place and the seller.
• Improving the processes of partnership with vendors and teamwork with them.
• Monitoring bilateral adherence to service level agreements regarding the supply of goods to the police market.
• Monitor the performance of sellers and evaluate them and act on the results.
• Handling suggestions and complaints related to sellers
• Protect sellers and brands, end customers and Gaj Market itself from fraud, counterfeiting and abuse.
• Empower, support, build loyalty and build a mutually beneficial relationship with vendors.
