Job Description

-Strategically directs, plans and manages logistics, warehouse, transportation and manufacturing. -Establishes and monitors specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems. -Creates and lead implementation of business processes related to manufacturing. -Manage and coordinate the various commercial support-related activities with the objective to maximize customer value and achieve sustainable competitive advantages. -Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for the progress of the business. -Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production, and distribution capabilities, transportation cost, and supplier's reputation and performance history. -Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of raw materials from suppliers to support manufacturing facility and related laboratories according to specified schedules in achieving production facility demand and minimizing cost impacts. -Leads the development and processing of commercial department strategies and operations in the most effective ways possible. -Establish a strong relationship with regulatory and R&D team and develops methods and procedures for scheduling the new API from suppliers to support R&D in achieving the targeted products the pipeline. -Provide documentation support, procedure, and financial initiatives for the commercial support department. -Preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups, etc.

Requirements

-Pharmacist or Master's degree in Commercial Management. -At least 5 years of Commercial Management experience. -Fluent in English. -Full knowledge of legal and commercial laws and procurement tactics. -Advanced in computer skills. -Good communication and negotiation skills. -Leadership and team management.
