Job Description
● Set and define company purchase policies and strategies in order to present them to the CEO for confirmation, and develop innovative strategies to develop business prospects.
● Manage purchasing process, organizing payments and expenditures in both domestic and foreign orders.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and find new sources of domestic and foreign suppliers as required.
● Analyze and assess the process, troubleshoot, and make decisions to coordinate and handle the issues.
● Participate in the trading commission in both domestic and foreign parts.
● Supervise and manage the related documents of insurance, cargo inspections, couriers, and transportation.
● Manage the procurement governance process across the business ensuring policy compliance.
● Oversee annual departmental cost savings targets and monitor performance.
● Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
● Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
