Job Description

The objective of the role: Due to recent drastic changes in the economy and market situation around the world, we need someone who seeks new opportunities in the market and contacts new suppliers for new products to be launched to the market and thus attract new customers in the chemical department. List of responsibilities: ● Provide leadership and direction in ensuring the smooth functioning of the overall business operations of the company, especially in the Middle East and CIS region. ● Responsible for identifying and unlocking the customer value in opportunities within our commercial networks to develop selling of the Company’s current and future global portfolio. ● Explore current trends related to the management and business and anticipates future trends likely to have an impact while establishing and implementing commercial strategy and plan, to promote revenue, profitability, and growth, creating, developing, and maintaining close, strategic relationships with key customers, at various levels. ● Analyze and suggest cost-effective business solutions to the client organization and oversee its implementation; revise as necessary to best suit the organization’s requirements. ● Ensure all business development opportunities are optimized by overseeing and utilizing market research and analysis and developing business plans/recommendations, including all associated costs and forecasted revenue for the company’s global portfolio in the Middle East and CIS region. ● Report to the commercial manager. ● Subordinates: Sales Experts. ● Probation period: 3 Months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am. to 5 pm. ● Travel requirements: Yes, occasional travel may be required for meetings and participating in exhibitions.

Requirements

● Familiarity with ordering, banking processes, customs, and clearance. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ● Ability to do teamwork. ● At least 4 years of work experience. ● Fluent in English.
