Job Description

- Managing all import activities such as LC & payments - Coordinating logistic affairs including shipment, delivery, custom clearance - Responsible to do all negotiations regarding the price, amount, payment terms, banking issues and mode of shipment. - Dealing with all levels of foreign purchasing process from receiving a proforma up to clearance of the goods. - Responsible in concluding new agreements on transference of Know-How Technology for the materials which could be produced internally in accordance to the existing capacities - Responsible in predicting market situation and price fluctuation rates mostly for critical and strategic pharmaceutical items which are produced seasonally - Responsible in handling all meetings with suppliers and their competitors - Responsible in promoting direct relationships with suppliers and modify their quality based on
