Job Description

- Working as a commercial expert in imports and exports environments - Enhancing market and technical knowledge and recognizing opportunities to grow the business - Administrating required process in connection with imports and exports, including registration performa invoice, follow up with bank and customs to ensure clearance is completed - Seeking new suppliers and potential customers for products and services - Applying superior interpersonal skills while working closely with Manufacturers and Traders - Taking place, the priorities and time management for the assigned workflow - Keeping in touch with stakeholders and ensure everyone’s role is recognized - Responding to the direct manager’s needs and providing with daily reports - Collecting comprehensive information through market to be on the track - Anticipating market trends and needs with sales-driven approach - Recognizing and addressing upcoming risks, causes and impacts to the manager - Identifying the process of work, applying detail-oriented attitude - Attending into fairs and exhibitions to promote the business network - Presenting at organizations in connection with assigned tasks and workflow

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Up to 5 years, commercial bonding experience is required - Computer skills, including surfing through internet and required software such as Microsoft Office suite - Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to discuss highly technical as required - Excellent presentation skills within meetings - Effective communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills - Pro-active and a self-starter - Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives - Confident to work independently without supervision - Superior client service, presentation and interpersonal skills - A keen attention to details - Solutions oriented and a critical thinker - Work well in a fast paced, client-focused environment - Motivated to contribute within a team environment
