Job Description

The Commercial Expert is responsible for the following tasks: -Reviewing contracts and preparing summary of them -Taking care of the purchase orders received from the internal departments of the company and following them up to placing orders with the suppliers. -Looking for new sources of materials, instruments and equipment -Doing the day to day commercial paperwork and correspondence -Negotiating with the suppliers to get the best offers -Getting offers from the suppliers and preparing the related commercial reports -Following the company procedures to get the necessary permission for purchasing the required items -full coverage of each order and in commercial department (handling all necessary documentation from orders received from the internal departments to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures etc) -Following up the customs clearance process. -preparing necessary documents for internal departments or external sides like preparing Shipping Documents for Customers
