The Commercial Expert is responsible for the following tasks:
-Reviewing contracts and preparing summary of them
-Taking care of the purchase orders received from the internal departments of the company and following them up to placing orders with the suppliers.
-Looking for new sources of materials, instruments and equipment
-Doing the day to day commercial paperwork and correspondence
-Negotiating with the suppliers to get the best offers
-Getting offers from the suppliers and preparing the related commercial reports
-Following the company procedures to get the necessary permission for purchasing the required items
-full coverage of each order and in commercial department (handling all necessary documentation from orders received from the internal departments to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures etc)
-Following up the customs clearance process.
-preparing necessary documents for internal departments or external sides like preparing Shipping Documents for Customers
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in commercial management or Business Administration, (MBA) in commercial branches, or other related fields
- At least 5 years of experience as a commercial expert. Experience in instrument field is an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement, order processing, commercial procedures, Import regulations, Customs formalities and Incoterms, Sourcing and business correspondences in Persian and English.
- Fluent in English Language
- Advanced in computer skills (particularly Word, Excel), Outlook, working in Internet.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of legal and commercial laws and Contracts principles is an advantage.
