Regularly in touch with planning departments to receive new inquiries about needed inquiries for importation.
Active search and prepare a valid and comprehensive local and international vendor list for the demand of the company for different products.
Participate in local and international exhibitions to maintain and expand the network of suppliers.
Coordinate all international commercial affairs such as corresponding, orders controlling with suppliers for payment, shipment or delivery schedule, commercial registration procedure, transportation follow-up, and providing weekly reports.
Manage the process of getting necessary permissions from the Ministry of Commerce and also the Ministry of Health.
Plan and coordinate customs clearance procedures.
Develop procedures for coordination of foreign commercial with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (an MBA degree is a plus).
Experience in commerce preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
Excellent fluency in English.
A good command of Chinese is a plus.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to work under pressure and time constraints.
Good knowledge and understanding of international trading.
Familiar with import order registration at the Ministry of Commerce.
