Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential customers in the oil, gas, power, and petrochemical industries.
• Conduct outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer database and ensure accuracy of records.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and other commercial documents.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on leads, and support client communications.
• Archive and organize contracts, correspondence, and sales reports.
• Assist in translation and preparation of bilingual documents (Persian/English).
• Collaborate with other departments and international offices when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial or sales support roles (experience in B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
• Age: preferably 24–35 years old.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized
