Job Description
Responsible for Server, Storage and Cloud Computing solution, and guide consulting (special storage) methodology. Responsible for leading/participating key server & storage. • Implementation of best-practice procedures for Cloud technologies. • Infrastructure Automation: Automating day to day and any repeated tasks. • Support existing environments needs including patching and upgrades of all Cloud technologies stacks. • Perform assessments on infrastructure to determine risks, and provide recommendations for resolution and future environment state. • Produce and maintain infrastructure and configuration documentations. • Interface with application support and other infrastructure teams to support their needs. • Serve as Level 2/3 virtualization support.
Requirements
- Expert in Server virtualization (ESXi) - VMWARE Implementation: - Expert in different Virtual systems like,VMWARE vSphere, VMWARE SRM, VMWARE vCenter, VMWARE VDISwitching, Routing, Platforms, Virtualization, Clouding - Incorporates storage techniques such as tiered or hierarchical storage, data de-duplication, storage virtualization, optimization, quota management, future capacity planning, and compliance with data retention and data protection regulations. - In-depth knowledge and experience about IT/Cloud computing market and technologies. - Have lead several Cloud computing and virtualization projects.
