Job Description

• Communicate the conceptual designs and create/maintain the project documentation before, during, and after the construction.
• Develop and maintain the design standards, design prototypes, and template specifications related to the site designs.
• Coordinate with Due Diligence teams to determine the site selection criteria and review the Due Diligence reports.
• Create, review, and release the design RFPs.
• Manage our external civil/structural/architectural design consultants through the design and construction process.
• Communicate the design standards effectively with the internal and external project partners.
• Manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
• Think outside of the box to find innovative solutions prior to and during the construction process to reduce costs without negative impacts on quality or reliability.
• Travel for the site assessments, internal design meetings, construction review, and interface with the authorities having jurisdiction.
