Job Description
● Contribute to determining strategies and setting targets for the sales department.
● Perform plans to sell the business’s products and services in order to achieve the business’s revenue targets.
● Increase sales revenue through the design and implementation of appropriate strategies for each of the business’s verticals, sales channels, and services.
● Lead, design, and implement the business’s development activities and corporate branding in order to increase revenue and gross profit.
● Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key consumers, potential consumers, and key strategic partners.
● Track and review actual sales results, and weigh them against the set targets and business KPIs.
● Forecast and monitor sales performance and business compliance.
● Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for key stakeholders.
● Provide leadership and strategic direction to the business’s overall sales program.
● Manage all activities within the sales department.
● Set departmental KPIs, evaluate the effectiveness of the sales initiatives and make appropriate changes.
● Conduct business analyses, performance analyses, and competitive analyses.
● Maintain a stable knowledge base of the business’s industry, competitors, and regulatory activity.
● Conduct regular research and keep up with trends and best practices to give the business a competitive edge.
● Work closely with other executive officers and advise them on sales strategies, forecasting, and general management issues.
