Job Description

-Communicating and implementing a company's strategy internally and externally at the whole of holding company, so that all employees, partners, suppliers, and contractors understand the company-wide strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals -Collaborating with CFO to develop capital plan in line with strategy -Analyzing market dynamics, market share changes, product line performance and competitive intelligence -Driving decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement -Establishing & reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan -Monitoring the execution of the strategic plans -Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives through inception phase -Ensuring departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities -Partnering with institutional leadership, special committees, and consultants to support execution of key initiatives -Developing inclusive planning processes -Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans -Mobilizing and managing teams of individuals charged with executing strategies -Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans

Requirements

-Possess exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills -Have a strong working knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies -Be familiar with fundraising and increasing revenue while maintaining a comprehensive and cohesive brand or identity -Be comfortable with public speaking and communicating both verbally and in writing -Be able to multitask with research projects, data analysis, coordination with the executive team, and acting as the public face of the company in the absence of the company’s CEO -Be willing to challenge the standard thinking with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions -Have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end -Demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaboration -Be self-directed and able to work independently -Experience in management, business administration, finance, or marketing required. -At Least Masters of business administration, finance, Strategy, Industrial Engineer or marketing management -At least 10 years’ experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making. -Demonstrated proficiency in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning. -Time divided between desk work, conferences, meetings, and on-site research. -Be willing to travel -Familiar with OKR and other methods of goal setting, CSF and KPI setting`s methods and parenting strategies (Recommended) -Ideal Age Range: Minimum 35
