Job Description

The objectives of this role: ● Collaborate with the sales director and CEO in setting and driving organizational vision within Condor strategy. ● Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning. ● Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can perform at their highest level and promote growth. ● May require you and your team to work at times outside the office working hours to ensure award-winning service to clients. ● Ensure company compliance with European and national regulations and take appropriate action when necessary. Responsibilities: ● Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement. ● Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO and sales director. ● Oversee operations with company partners or agents to deliver outstanding service to ongoing shipments/files relating to sale team clients. ● Ensure and manage a smooth operation for transport orders made by the sales team. Also, manage aggressively to ensure that the company achieves its targets and goals. ● Monitor the performance of the operation team and take corrective measures when necessary and prepare detailed updates and forecasts for the hierarchy. ● Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, colleagues, and agents.
